Re/Assemble – a new exhibition celebrating LGBTQIA+ history and queer activism opens on Saturday 17 January at People’s History Museum.
The exhibition will feature newly commissioned artworks by Sarah Joy Ford, Yuen Fong Ling and Anna Appleby, that responds to the legacy of Section 28, displayed alongside historic artefacts from PHM’s own collection, including protest banners and objects.
Re/Assemble is part of our PROTEST! work, Documenting Dissent supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
